The decree laying down Guidelines for the EIA screening was published in Official Journal

The Decree no.52 of 30 March 2015 "Guidelines for the EIA screening of projects falling within the competence of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces provided for in Article 15 of  Decree 91/2014" was published in the Official Journal no. 84 of 11 April 2015.

The decree will enter into force on 26 April 2015.
