National guidelines for the EIA screening: start of the examination at the Chamber of Deputies

On 15 January 2015 the Environment Commission of the Chamber of Deputies began the examination of the draft of the ministerial decree laying down "Guidelines for the EIA screening of projects falling within the competence of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces". The opinions of the competent parliamentary Commissions is provided by article 15 of Law Decree 91/2014.
