EIA for the power lines as connected works to RES plants

In order to ensure uniform application of the Environmental Impact Assessment procedure on power lines as connected works to the power plants for the production of electricity from renewable sources, given the occurred addition to the Annex II of Part II of Decree 152/2006 as amended of points 4-a and 4-c expanding the jurisdiction of the State in the field of Environmental Impact Assessment to other types of power lines, the Directorate-General for Environmental Assessment has considered it appropriate to make specific interpretation guidelines regarding the new regulatory framework.
