Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

On 22nd December, 2014 the Masol Continental Biofuel s.r.l. company submitted the  EIA application for the project “Implementation of the third biodiesel production line”.

Given that Masol Continental Biofuel s.r.l., by note of 10th December, 2014 applied for the IPPC permit for the same project,  for the economy of the administrative action and in the light of Article 10, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 as amended, the Ministry of the Environment provides for the coordination of EIA and IPPC procedures for the " Implementation of the third biodiesel production line " to be carried out at the chemical plant of Livorno.
