2014 SEA Screening

From the 1 of January, 2014 eleven SEA screening procedures related to hydrographic districts management plans, flood risk management plans of the hydrographic districts and National Operational Programmes (2014-2020) have started.

Six of them have been concluded with a positive outcome (SEA procedure is not required):

2014-2020 National Operational Programme "Research and Innovation";
2014-2020 National Operational Programme for Culture;
National Operational Programme "For the school, skills and learning environments";
2014-2020 Legality National Operational Programme;
Water Management Plan of the Northern Apennines District;
Management Plan of the Hydrographic district of the Eastern Alps.

As far as concerns the Flood Risk Management Plan of the Southern Apennines Hydrographic District, on the 1 of September, 2014 the screening was concluded with a negative outcome. As a consequence, on the 15 of October, 2014 the SEA procedure has started.
