Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

The Directorate-General for Environmental Assessment in the application of the Regulation laid down in DM161/2012 as regards the procedures under its jurisdiction, made the arrangements for the implementation of the provisions of annex 6 of the above mentioned Decree regarding the Transport Document.

In order to avoid unnecessary burdens of the administrative procedure, the developer must send at the beginning of the workday, even if only electronically, the information required by the law with a single communication including the cumulative schedule of the planned transport activities in the day. In the event that the previsions should not be respected the developer must send, by electronic means only, an adjustment of the cumulative communication.
