Comments on the SEA Report on the Regional urban waste management plan of Sicily

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Sicily on the regional plan for waste management, has submitted to the regional competent Authority, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree n.152/2006. Comments take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment and from ISPRA, acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established to take part in consultations provided for in regional SEA procedures.
