The Ministerial Decree no. 118 adopting the “Regulation laying down the definition of the minimum contents and forms of the reports related to the assessment, contestation and notification of the procedures referred to in Article 29 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 as amended by art. 18 of Legislative Decree 104/ 2017” has been issued on the 28th of March 2018.
The reports of assessment, contestation and notification related to EIA procedures pursuant to art. 29 of Legislative Decree 152/2006 shall report Annex 1 information as well as being prepared according to Annex 2 to the Regulation.
