SEA procedure - Regional Mining Activities Plan of Friuli Venezia Giulia - Comments of the Ministry of the Environment

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia on the Regional Mining Activities Plan, has submitted to the regional competent Authority, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree n.152/2006. Comments take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established to take part in consultations provided for in regional SEA procedures.
