Environmental Assessments and Authorizations: SEA - EIA - IPPC Permit

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the ROP 14-20 Managing authority of Region of Marche on the amendment of the Operative Program founded by ERDF, has submitted to the regional competent Authority, its comments on the SEA Report – Addendum, in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree n.152/2006. Comments take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment and from ISPRA acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established to take part in consultations provided for in regional SEA procedures.
