SEA procedure of regional air quality Plan of Piemonte- Comments of the Ministry of the Environment

The Ministry of the Environment, under the SEA Procedure carried out by the Region of Piemonte on its proposal of the regional air quality Plan, has submitted to the regional Authority for adoption, its comments on the SEA Report in accordance with article 14 of Legislative Decree 152/2006. Comments take into account contributions collected from the General Directorates of the Ministry of the Environment and from ISPRA acquired under the SEA inter-directorate Working Group established to take part in consultations provided for in regional SEA procedures.
