Directorial Decree on the contents of forms for the submission of the check lists pursuant to article 6, paragraph 9 of the legislative decree 3 April 2006, n. 152, as amended by legislative decree 16 June 2017, n. 104

The Directorate-General for the Environmental Assessments and Authorizations of the Ministry of the Environment has issued the directorial decree no. 239 of 3 August 2017 on the on the contents of forms for the submission of the check lists pursuant to article 6, paragraph 9 of the legislative decree 3 April 2006, n. 152, as amended by legislative decree 16 June 2017, n. 104.
Aiming to provide a rapid and effective implementation of the of the abovementioned provisions, the annex to the directorial decree contains the “Check list for the preliminary assessment (article 6, paragraph 9, legislative decree 152/2006)”, applicable to all projects listed in annexes II, II-bis, III e IV to the second part of the legislative decree 152/2006; pursuant to article 25, paragraph 1 of the legislative decree n. 104/2017, with subsequent decrees will be identified the contents of the forms to be applied to specific types of projects.
Following the issue of the directorial decree, the form for the submission of the request of preliminary assessment for projects falling under State competences (annexes II, II-bis to the second part of the legislative decree 152/2006) has been updated.
